We operate a two-sided marketplace connecting vehicle buyers with dealers in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored in hashed form).
• Transaction and payment: billing details and payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Listing and reservation data: vehicle details, listing content, reservation dates, and communications related to a reservation.
• Browsing and usage: pages visited, actions on the site, device and browser information, IP address, and referring URLs (see Cookies & tracking).

• Forms: registration, contact, listing creation, and reservation forms.
• Cookies and similar technologies: to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used (see Cookies & tracking).
• Third-party services: Stripe for payments, analytics and performance tools, and other service providers that help us operate the platform. Each has their own privacy practices.

• Communicate with you about reservations, listings, and support
• Improve our services and user experience

Who We Share Information With

We may share your information with:

• Dealers (sellers): When you make a reservation, we share the information necessary to fulfill it (e.g. name, contact details, reservation details) with the dealer. Similarly, when you list a vehicle as a dealer, certain profile and listing data may be visible to buyers.
• Payment processors: Stripe processes payments. Their handling of payment data is governed by their privacy policy and PCI-DSS requirements.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, email, and support tools that assist in operating our platform, under contractual safeguards.
• Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Transaction and reservation records may be kept for a longer period for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data (see Your rights).

Under Quebec Law 25 and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal information and, where applicable, your account
• Portability / export: receive your data in a structured format where technically feasible
• Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

Cookies & Tracking
